Objectives of the Unit:

1. Ensuring border state control during the import, export, and transit of food products, materials in direct contact with food, veterinary-controlled goods, and phytosanitary-controlled goods.

2. Identifying, preventing, and eliminating threats to the state and public in the areas of food and feed safety, veterinary medicine, and plant health (phytosanitary) during cross-border movements.
