The goals of the Yerevan Center:

1) control aimed at the detection, prevention and elimination of diseases common to humans and animals in the territory of Yerevan;

2) Control over the supervision of the epidemiological situation in the territory of Yerevan, the processes of production, processing, storage, transportation and sale of veterinary controlled goods, their storage, transportation and sale;

3) Control over the supervision of the phytosanitary situation in the territory of Yerevan, the processes of production, processing, storage, transportation and sale of phytosanitary controlled goods, their storage, transportation and sale;

4) state control at the stages of the food chain in the territory of Yerevan using the principle of traceability.
