The main functions of the division are:

1) Organization and implementation of the information policy of the inspection body.
2) Informing the public about the activities of the inspection body by preparing and distributing press releases, information, reports, video-photographic materials and other informational materials;
3) Organization and holding of briefings on cooperation between the inspection body and the media, organization and holding of working meetings with representatives of the media and other organizations;

4) ensuring cooperation with public associations and other organizations, planning and holding joint working events, joint organization of their coverage and information exchange;
5) Studying, analyzing and archiving materials published in the mass media related to the scope of activities of the inspection body;

6) in case of adoption of new legal acts regulating food and feed safety, veterinary medicine and phytosanitary issues related to the activities of business entities or publication of guidelines, as well as in case of amendments or additions to them, ensuring awareness of business entities in accordance with the law "On inspection bodies";

7) Informing the public about the results of audits as instructed by the head of the inspection body.
