Որակի ապահովման վարչություն
The main functions of the Quality Assurance Department are:
1) Evaluating the performance of the inspection body,
2) Examination and analysis of the results of the inspection body's activities, presentation of the results of the analysis to the Council.
3) Examination and analysis of the causes and results of received complaints about actions or inaction of the inspection body, its employees or legal acts adopted by it, submission of the results of the analysis to the Council,
4) Examination and analysis of the inspection body's enforcement of disciplinary rules, presenting the results of the analysis to the Council.
5) Preparation and submission of draft legal acts, recommendations, conclusions and other documents arising from the functions and tasks assigned to the department,
6) Preparation of reports, recommendations, certificates and petitions within the competence of the department,
7) Drawing up an annual quality assurance plan for the Inspection Body for submission to the Council for approval and ensuring its submission to the Council and regular monitoring of its implementation;
8) Control the implementation of the Council's decisions;
9) Exercises other powers assigned to it by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, as well as by the inspection body and this Statute.
